Cozart Subsidiary Wins Workplace Drug Testing Contract to Test Swedish Postal Office Drivers

Abingdon, Oxfordshire, 11 January 2006 - Cozart plc (AIM: CZT), the medical diagnostics company, announces that Medib Scandinavien AB, Cozart's Swedish subsidiary, has won a workplace drug testing contract to test Swedish post office drivers, at random, for drugs and alcohol.

The contract will initially extend over one year continuing after this time with a 6 month notice period. Medib will test, at minimum, 25% of all post office drivers which will initially result in approximately 800 tests per annum. Medib will perform the testing with its trained nurses (rather than simply supplying the drug test equipment) and also provide confirmation services for positive results and medical review of these results. Training and support to managers and union leaders within the postal service will be provided. Initial annual sales revenue from this contract is expected to be approximately £50,000.
